Beyond The Brink

Beyond The Brink

Two alien children are rescued, two alien races are in competition for the Solar System's resources and only one man, together with the children, has the key to stop humanity's extinction.

They were strangers in this world; the terrain was unlike anything that they’d ever encountered. They walked all day, afraid to look back, afraid that the ones who'd killed their mother and father would come after them and kill them too. They walked until it was dark and the little one's foot hurt too much. Then they lay down on the bare earth and shivered in fear of the strange night noises.

Jack, volunteer Game Ranger and loner by choice since experiencing a personal loss, has his life turned upside down when he rescues two alien children from the clutches of Rhino poachers. He has to learn how to communicate with them, he has to find a way to make contact with their Mothership and when he does, he is presented with a disturbing situation, he must get the United Nations to agree to the aliens demands to prevent the worst thing that had ever have happened to mankind from taking place.
